Southeast Regional Director

Our cutting edge environmental services firm is seeking a dynamic and motivating leader to oversee operations of the U.S. Southeast Region for our firm.

The right candidate will be someone who can flourish in a team environment, have the ability to multi-task, and posses a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills. Manages the Southeast Region of Triumvirate by mentoring and developing people, implementing and enforcing systems and policies, and ensuring Triumvirate culture thrives in this region.  Geographic responsibilities extending through Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. 

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

  • Manage and oversee operations of Triumvirate Environmental Southeast Region.
  • Own regional net income, revenue, client satisfaction, and goal accomplishment.
  • Work closely with the corporate office support team based in Boston, MA.
  • Lead regional management team to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and success.
  • Close involvement in the recruitment and evaluation of talented candidates for employment.
  • Mentor, develop, and coach other managers and team members.
  • Oversight of branch compliance with local, state and federal environmental, OSHA, DOT, labor and other regulations as they pertain to our business.
  • Ensure Triumvirate’s culture, core beliefs, and policies are being followed.
  • Be a leader in our unwavering commitment to Safety.
  • Represents organization at client, government, community, and other related events/matters.
  • Drive account management team and Business Development Managers for strong market growth.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with outside suppliers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Most important responsibility:

  • WOW! Internal and external customers 

Required qualifications:

  • Significant knowledge of EPA, DOT, OSHA, and state regulations as they affect and impact company operations.  Advanced knowledge of RCRA is required. 
  • Ability to travel within the region three-days per week.
  • 5+ years experience in environmental health & safety services management, preferably in the Southeast market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, or other related field.  Masters degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasker and detail oriented a must
