Provide Professional Safety Consulting Services to Large Construction OCIP Project

Job Locations: Sacramento, CA
Project Duration: 3-5 years (Begins June 2018)

Description: 
Currently seeking full-time experienced individual to provide professional Safety Consulting services to our high profile Brokerage Firm who is providing a Large OCIP Project for the State of CA.  The professional consultant we seek must have at least 10+ years of Construction OCIP/CCIP verifiable experience. The position will require working closely with GC, Subcontractors, Project Managers and field crews to ensure regulatory compliances. Assistance to the project management teams in facilitating a safety management system that will reduce or eliminate loss claims onsite. Experience with Development and implementations of safety plans, JSA, program implementation and influencing zero injury goals.

Mandatory Site Requirements:

  • CHST
  • 10 Years of Heavy Construction OCIP Experiencej
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification or OSHA Outreach Instructor
  • No exception to waive the three above site requirements.
     

Skills:    

  • High-level oral and written communication skills 
  • Adaptable to a variety of working environments
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Energetic team-oriented with ability to build relationships
  • Good presentation/training skills a most
  • Well versed with Computer Skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
