National Sales Consultant

Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, FACS, is a large and diverse, west coast-based environmental and industrial hygiene consulting group. We are skilled at providing asbestos, lead and mold surveys, management plans and project designs, indoor air quality evaluations, occupational exposure monitoring, health and safety plans, litigation support, and many other industrial hygiene consulting services. We serve the needs of facility managers, plant managers and engineers, hospital engineers, infection control officers, attorneys, insurance companies and many others.

This is a solution sales position to market the company’s incident response managed services to new and existing national clients and increase the penetration of all the company’s services to existing large national clients. FACS offers a comprehensive incident response management program that enables our clients to outsource the management of environmental incidents; pipe bursts, water leaks, air quality, bio hazards and others, at multiple locations in a standard and cost effective manner freeing up client personnel to focus on revenue producing opportunities and avoid the hassle of managing incidents


  • The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships at the corporate and decision making level with Director, VP or C level decision makers primarily in the hospitality, healthcare and property management industries.
  • Building sales pipeline and generating revenue consistently achieving sales targets and goals in our managed services sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with our managed services team.
  • Forecast expected revenue and document sales and client activities in the CRM database.


  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in selling solutions preferably in the consulting services. Previous experience calling on facility managers, property managers and other decision makers in the hospitality, healthcare and/or property management industries preferred.
  • Previous experience in selling managed or other outsourcing services at the Director, VP and C Level.
  • Previous experience calling on decision makers in the hospitality and/or property management industries preferred.
  • Successful track record of quickly qualifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal with the ability to create influence through passive listening
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate with prospects and clients to devise and close win-win solutions.
  • Equally adept at meeting with clients in person or by phone. Previous experience in using an online meeting tool for presentations and proposals.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new programs easily.
  • CRM experience a plus.
  • Experience selling solution type services to organizations in the industry segments listed above a plus
  • Bachelor Degree is preferred, although candidates with a combination of education and experience will also be considered
  • Some travel required
