Integrated Management Systems Manager - EHS

Job Description: 

  • Responsible for Company’s use and implementation of integrated management system DNV ISRS8 (International Safety Rating System 8th edition)
  • Coordinate and conduct DNV ISRS8 audits and improvement plans
  • Lead compliance and validation efforts with Kosher, cGMP, and ISO 9001, accordingly, along with necessary improvement plans
  • Develop, publish, and maintain the annual internal and external audit schedule
  • Lead monthly and quarterly management review meetings. Continually look to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the meetings
  • Evaluate, recommend, and approve changes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of forms and reports. Identify and correct any problems
  • Work with personnel across all departments to ensure KPIs are updated and tracked on a regular basis
  • Integrate ISO 50001 (energy management system) into existing management systems
  • Meet with personnel across all departments to ensure successful functioning of any newly implemented systems or procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining Company’s integrated EHSSQ and Risk Management software  
  • Implement Dakota “Auditor” Module to allow us to audit EHS regulatory compliance
  • Review Dakota “Profile” Module and action items generated to develop a plan to reduce the number of action items to a sustainable and workable level
  • Administer necessary user training for Dakota software
  • Maintain, improve, and assure compliance with Company’s records management program within SharePoint
  • Review incident investigations to determine completeness and ensure timely completion of action items and MOCs
  • Chair the Risk Management Team, coordinate and lead quarterly meetings. Drive the completion of the site Risk Register database


Loss Control responsibilities include: 
Conducting inspections and audits related to the Loss Control program as assigned, participating in Hazard Reviews as needed, recommending safety improvements, completion of safety action items as assigned, completing required regulatory training, and compliance with all applicable regulations
