Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Business Development Manager

ESIS’ specialized claim intervention strategy integrates an effective deployment of resources and appropriate actions, which are essential to your program’s success

KEY OBJECTIVE:
Plan, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing strategies for ESIS, Inc., Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Services. 

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead generation and sales of HSE services for assigned territory
  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate and site-level buyers of HSE services
  • Meet sales objectives
  • Use of Customer Relationship Management tool to communicate and measure sales metrics
  • Coordinate marketing activities to ensure that ESIS HSE’s presence, commitment, and capabilities are known in the marketplace
  • Implement target industry, service, and account strategies
  • Technical HSE expertise (non-remediation) preferred
  • Provide senior level HSE technical support

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong marketing orientation with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with HSE buyers
  • Experience with complex multinational accounts
  • Experience in HSE sales in a consulting environment
  • Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Strong Research/Analytical Skills
  • Accuracy, efficiency, quality and good judgment
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
