• Establish, develop and follow EHS Policy, procedures and manuals to control hazards in the facility.
  • Regularly deliver EHS training to employees and outside contractors.
  • Implement and monitor ongoing Environment, Safety and Health Programs (i.e. to reduce occupational injury and illness, assist incident investigation and finalize accident report) to assure safeguarding of employees and property and compliance with local regulations & Eaton’s requirements.
  • Investigate and oversee industrial accidents and injuries, collect and synthesizes data, prepare summaries and charts concerned for review.
  • Provide the professional support for each department in establishing system and Job safety analysis.
  • Follow up the action plan after corporate, local authority audit and regularly facility inspection .
  • Supervise outside contractor’s work, ensure the work meets the proper engineering standards and Eaton’s EHS requirements.
  • Prepare monthly EHS report and manage MESH to comply with the requirements of Eaton.
  • Communicate with other department and Eaton APAC EHS team closely to continually improve EHS performance.


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Major in Safety, Environment or Chemical)
  • Certificated ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 system internal auditor
  • Hold registered safety officer of Guangdong province or registered safety engineer
  • At least 3 years industry experience in multinational Manufacturing Corporation.
  • Good audit and training competence
  • Good English translation skills.
  • Familiar with relative EHS regulations and laws
  • Good at risk assessment include safety and fire
  • Good MS-Office and presentation skill
  • Creative minded, self-motivated job attitudes
  • Good interpersonal skill, and good team spirit.
  • Good communication skills
