Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Associate Analyst

The EHS Associate Analyst will be responsible for delivering information system capabilities that provide year-over-year value to the PepsiCo worldwide businesses. The primary responsibility is to deliver total business satisfaction by creating, supporting streamlined tools that are easy to use and compliment the overall EHS agenda. 

The person will serve as a global resource for the development (innovate), troubleshooting (support), and maintenance (sustain) of PepsiCo EHS Information systems [myEHS and mySDS]. 

Additional responsibilites include:

  • Act as EHS information systems analyst for USA and Canada.
    • Meet weekly with USA and Canada administrators to anticipate and understand short and long term business needs
    • Support USA and Canada administrators with system guidance, maintenance and project implementation  
    • Develop reports and dashboards to meaningfully utilize EHS data to drive decisions and reduce risk
    • Develop and maintain technical and end user system documentation
    • Train sector/business administrators
  • Be an innovative and technical problem solver
    • Respond timely to user feedback and questions with concise, simple, high quality information and solutions
    • Perform basic troubleshooting
    • Perform basic system set up and configuration
  • Proactively seek, investigate and deploy new tools, features and processes to meet current and future business needs Make decisions, consult and execute actionsCollaborate with other myEHS analysts, PepsiCo IT, PepsiCo Sustainability and consultants weekly to ensure optimum system performance and total business satisfaction.
    • Test new system configurations, builds/patches and upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate should have an engineering, science or math bachelor’s degree
  • 1 -2 years previous experience in governance or risk management (preferably Environmental, Health or Safety)
  • 1 -2 years previous experience in a similar role demonstrating customer service/systems support
