A leading environmental, health, and safety consulting firm based in Tempe, Arizona. Our client base of over 400 accounts spans a wide range of manufacturing and service industries, and is served by an in-house team of EHS professionals experienced in the development of custom cost effective compliance programs. 

Our state-of-the-art proprietary technology allows us to efficiently accommodate all local, county, state, and federal EPA, OSHA, DOT, and DHA compliance requirements impacting companies coast-to-coast. We handle their EHS compliance requirements in turn-key fashion for a fraction of the cost of internal staffing. 

As we continue to grow and bring on accounts to expanding client base, we are seeking an Environmental Scientist I to join our team. As our Environmental Scientist, we will rely on you to assist clients and customers with all forms of EHS compliance, which includes performing the following duties:

  • Research environmental, health and safety regulations
  • Write SWPPP; SPCC; Haz Waste Management and Safety Plans
  • Analyze data reports against environmental, health and safety regulations
  • Develop, write and review summary reports based upon report analysis and results
  • Perform other duties as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or similar discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in environmental compliance and regulations
  • Proven ability in preparing corrective solutions and programs tailored for compliance with the EPA, DEQ, OSHA, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment with a positive attitude, eager to learn and team player mentality
  • Balance technical accuracy while meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License is required
