Position: Certified Industrial Hygienist 

CTSI (Consulting & Testing Services, Inc.) is seeking a Certified Industrial Hygienist with New York City and State licenses for a position with the New York City area. The successful candidate must have at least four (4) years of experience providing and directing asbestos, lead paint, indoor air quality, mold, industrial hygiene, environmental consulting services and managing project and business operations associated with those services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight and act as certifying professional for asbestos, lead paint, indoor air quality, mold, industrial hygiene, and environmental consulting services.
  • Support and implementation of EHS training programs and assessments to ensure required training is identified and conducted.
  • Conduct regular audits of EHS processes and necessary follow up to ensure compliance and advise the company of findings.
  • Ensure proper PPE, safety devices, and ergonomic equipment is available and used in an appropriate manner.
  • Coordinate communication of EHS regulatory inspection activity and lead EHS projects to improve key performance metrics.
  • Perform business development activities to increase sales by developing new clients related to the industry throughout the state.¬†
