Asbestos Lead (IH) Field Technician

Dominion Environmental Consultants is currently seeking an experienced Asbestos, Lead and Mold Field Technician to join our team. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct microbial, lead and asbestos inspections
  • Conduct microbial, lead and asbestos sampling
  • Prepare inspection reports based on the inspection findings
  • Conduct asbestos and lead abatement oversight
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements -Education and Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in the mentioned job duties
  • Skills, Abilities and Certifications
  • AHERA Building Inspector and Contractor/Supervisor Certifications
  • US EPA Lead Risk Assessor Certification
  • Experience with Word, Excel
  • Experience with Auto Sketch or CADD programs a plus
  • NIOSH 582 Certification a plus
  • Experience reading microbial air samples a plus
  • Must submit to a background check
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed

Local travel around the State is required with some overnight stays
