The EHS & Facility Manager develops and manages the facility’s EHS Program to be in compliance with local, state and federal EHS requirements, as well as Eaton internal EHS requirements. The goal is for the EHS program to progress to world class level. This position reports directly to the plant manager, with strong dotted line reporting to the Regional EHS Director assigned to that division(s).
The EHS & Facility Manager works with employees at all levels of the organization, and is a member of the plant manager’s staff. This position may have multi-site responsibilities. The EHS & Facility Manager also interacts directly with the Sub-Regional EHS Manager for the division, and with other facility EHS leaders in the development, implementation and execution of Annual EHS & Facility Action Plan and projects.
